Shaheen AI ("we", "our", "us") is a Shopify app developed by Shaheen Software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you install and use the Shaheen AI app on your Shopify store.

From Shopify merchants:

• Shop domain and access token (to sync your product catalog)
• Product data: titles, descriptions, variants, sizes, prices, and images
• Webhook events related to product changes and app uninstallation
• Subscription plan information

From shoppers (your customers):

• Body measurements entered voluntarily: height and weight
• Style preferences: body shape, fit preference, occasion
• No measurements are stored — they are processed in real-time and discarded

3. How We Use Information

• To provide AI-powered size and styling recommendations
• To sync your product catalog for cross-sell suggestions
• To manage your subscription and billing
• To improve our AI models and recommendations

4. Data Storage & Security

Merchant data (shop credentials and product catalog) is stored securely in Supabase (EU-West region). Shopper measurements are never stored — they are sent directly to our AI model and the response is returned immediately. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

• Supabase — database storage (supabase.com)
• Cloudflare Workers — app hosting (cloudflare.com)
• Google Gemini AI — AI recommendations (ai.google.dev)
• Shopify — billing and store data (shopify.com)

6. Data Retention

When you uninstall the app, your store access token is revoked immediately. Product catalog data is retained for 30 days after uninstallation, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
